Jamie Barrett: TIA for not minding me jumping on in…this really is one of my favorite songs… and when it comes on the radio, it still has such a power over me… I was 14 when John Lennon was murdered in 1980… I was already a huge Beatles fan, and this hit me hard… there had been all this talk and speculation at that time of a reunion… and then it was gone… I had the album (record) before he was killed and this was my favorite song… played it repeatedly… and then oh so much more after he died… so, thanks! #watchingthewheels
