gregandree71: Ja'Net DuBois was playing Willona on Good Times, and ran into Norman Lear. Told him she was bored, and said she'd write and perform the theme to his new tv show. Three days later she turned in one of the best tv theme songs of all time, Movin On Up (the Jeffersons theme).
