jlamp: Covering one of Clapton’s biggest hits. Many thanks for the very talented added performances by @conniep and @Neil 👏🏻👏🏻. This year has been really tough. I lost one sister in May, lost another sister in June, and then lost our dog a few weeks ago. May they RIP. But music lifts me up and this song speaks to my heart. 💔 #clapton #cover #tearsinheaven
