: Decided to start leg and arm day with the #ultimatesandbag shoulder squat !!!! Started out using the strength bag at 80lbs (left) side went smooth still a challenge but smooth! Right pic is with the burly bag at 125lbs what a difference! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 core was taxed from trying to not allow the bag to pull me to one side! Did 10/side 4x with strength bag and 5/side 2x with the burly bag for a total of 100 squats !! Awesome !!! Drill ! Give it a try!
