: how's this: My workouts are no longer about how far I can push myself or how heavy the weights are that I lift or the results I am pushing toward. But this morning, with just a sliver of space in our apartment and only my workout shoes & laptop, I felt strong, capable, and active in terms of what my body can still do, all while carrying out baby boy. The movements may be smaller & quite modified, but I cannot think of a better way to start my Monday morning. Here's reminding you that it's not only about the outer goals, but most importantly, how you feel inside. No excuses in terms of time or space or where you are on your journey... because YOU are capable. #nevermissamonday #digdeep
