emmaclaire7: I've had some really great workouts recently- got my deadlift back up to my pre-injury warmup weight and finally had the courage to do squats last week! Today I did a 60 min Flywheel class, then focused on core/abs at the gym. These ball slams are amazing! Feel them in my shoulders, core, and glutes. Plus it's just really satisfying to throw 25lbs at the ground over and over!! Then on my way home passing by a park, I decided to see how it felt to do a few sprints on the field! Slowly feeling more like myself and trying to not let fear hold me back! #figure #bodybuilding #philly #physique
