Today I'm sending out a burst of videos that you can do with ZERO gym equipment, to help get you pumped up and toned for the beach while you're traveling and away from the gym this #fourthofjuly ! First of four videos: the push-up. I included two videos to illustrate the importance of form. I have my hands WIDE. I imagine pulling my index fingers in toward each other, even though my hands don't move. I create this pressure to activate the chest! I pull my belly button up my spine, squeeze my butt, and move super slowly! Notice I'm also alternating which foot I elevate off of the ground. This is for advanced peeps. Doing these until you burn out with good form will get your abs, chest, shoulders, arms, butt and back a good beginning pump!
