Roxannesfitnessjourney: A few clips from my #sweatsesh this morning! Each move was for 60 seconds and then repeat!! I decided to wear my heart rate monitor which I haven't worn in a while and for some reason it really helps me to push harder because I know my heart rate can get higher and burn more calories!!! This workout was a killer but I didn't die!!! Tomorrow is my rest day, maybe I'll do some foam rolling instead to loosen up some of these muscles!!!
