get_it_cris_2.0: Because when you can't sleep why not blast #mikejones and see where you're at with your range of motion right?! I'm actually really happy with my progress. Being able to bend and squat is far more than I expected I could do today given the fact that I'm still pretty uncomfortable. You can see that I'm struggling with a simple body squat putting all my weight on the front of my feet and couldn't quite bend appropriately for the row, but I'm definitely making some progress because on Saturday I could barely walk! So this is rather exciting for me!!! I think I can finally hit the gym tomorrow for some light #cardio and #upperbody training. Yay me!!!
