mkfitt: Transformation Tuesday! I started this spring training with the couch 2 5k program and I have one workout left! In the summer I decided to up my push-up amounts. I started with being able to do 10, I have been doing them daily and every week I add 1 more to the count. I am up to 18 daily now! Next on my agenda is tricep push-ups!
