whitneybroadwell: Neve miss a Monday, it sets the tempo for the week ahead! Today was leg day for me and even though I didn't do hardly any cardio I still sweated like a pig!! Don't underestimate how many calories you will burn lifting/using weights. Even after you put the weights down you will burn calories hours afterwards. I love that!
