: I could show you a bunch of perfect-looking videos of me doing my #21dayfix workout today, but instead I'm showing you the moments when I struggled, when the kids interrupted, and when I KEPT GOING. Ive been keeping my weights at my church building for a class I teach, but when I went to get them, the closet was blocked by some (beautiful) Chrostmas decorations. I tried using the carpet cleaner containers for my weights, but one of them was leaking and the weight was all off balance. So I used cans. My kids interrupted me, climbed on me, and kept stealing my "weights". But I kept going, because it's what keeps me sane and helps me to be a better mom. When you struggle to workout with kids, just do your best to push through. It's only 30 minutes. If your kids legitimately need you, of course turn it off and try again later. But don't give up.
