: Today is day 18/21 and it was one of my least favourite workouts.. Lower fix extreme from #21dfx 😓 My form definitely isn't perfect and I most certainly struggled hardcore to make it through this workout.. But guess what? I did it anyways and now I feel 100X better 🤗. Your mind is the only thing stopping you from reaching your goals, your body can do way more than what your mind thinks you can do, so just go for it! 💪
