: Donald Lawrence and the Tri-City Singers' song "Be Encouraged" comes to mind as I reflect on my morning. I had no preconceived expectations when I accepted my role in Dubai. I know that the market for "this"...for qualified talent to be leaders in the #sportindustry exists. This morning (thanks again, Chris Lovett) has been about Clarity and Encouraging Myself. NOTE: Family and Friends Stateside...This is a message of #HOPE so no worries ✨✨✨ #picplaypost
