: #LegDay - Woke up feeling refreshed this morning so I started heavy.. I'm sure I've made some strength endurance gains because 30 reps at 185 felt amazing; 3 sets of 10. I totaled 100 squats today, 60 reps heavy and 40 dropping down until I got to the bar.. The rest of my leg work was light work! #SquatsNotShots #Fitspirationbyprissy ##Getyousome
