joel.paavola: Playing around with some freestyle spinal rolls. Gotta keep the body moving and adapting to what it is that I want it to try and do by figuring out what smaller movement control patterns I have to own before I can flow from one position into the next without compromising my own structure. I see that I need more work in flexing my lower back to bow, wrist flexion, ability to flex my right hip more so I can lift off cleanly between down dog and pass to splits.
