kakarot_uchiha: Here's an exercise if you have trouble with a single leg dead lift. As you reach your rear leg back, your glutes will begin to fire on the base leg. Find a box that's a good height for you and grab a slider. I had to add a plate to stand on as our box was too high for me... And I'm almost 6ft. Begin with no weight. Notice which arm I am reaching out in front. If you are still having trouble balancing, set up so you can reach for a stable object such as a wall or a post.
