I'll explain more why later 😉 Here is a double workout I did today, upper body first, then Pilates! Tuesday night we ran 5 miles and I got runners knee super bad, so this was a great day for Pilates! Anyone have runners knee tips?!? I just bought a brace so I'm anxious to see how my morning run will go!
