: Yesterdays Thanksgiving workout has me sore already! This was just a small part of my lifting routine- I did arms, shoulders, backs and a little legs then finished off with a little bit of inclined cardio 💪🏽💦 I have tried to work out 1-2 times a week during my pregnancy. I used to lift 4-6x a week but since being pregnant being on my feet 8 hours a day has been a little different than I am used to!
