: Finally able to slowly get back into a little working out after being under the weather the past few days. Got in some TIU Hump Day HIIT and Love Your Body With Yoga. It felt great! Still no running yet, but I may try some walking tomorrow and ease my way into running. Thanks to a lot of prayers, patience, essential oils, staying hydrated, and lots of rest, I can get back to a normal routine now. Still recovering with a get well green smoothie, which has been a huge help in getting over this cold. God is good!
