rizamari: It was way to nice to workout inside so I got in a good workout in the driveway and played with time lapse SS1: bb front squats 7 full rom, 7 slow, 7 bottom half rom and 7 top half rom right into walking plate lunges amrap for 3 sets 30-60s rest between each set SS2: sumo dead right into 20 pop squats/20 kick Backs. 3 sets 30-60s rest between (I did 20:20(10perleg) but you could do amrap too) SS3: curtesy lunges amrap with Russian or jumping lunges amrap 3 sets 30-60s rest between each set Exercise4: Jump and turn squats amrap to the right (jump tuck while turning and land and squat and keep going in a circle lol) then same to the left, 3 sets , 30s-60s rest between each set Exercise5: Skater jumps amrap 3 sets 30-60s rest between each set 1 mile jog #weekendwarrior
