: A few booty blasting workouts I did today.πŸ’ͺ🏽 Leap frogs: squat in sumo position and leap forward 4 times and 4 times back. Repeat 3-4 times without lifting up. Double-pulse jump squats: sit in squat position and drop down twice before jumping as high as you can. Continue until failure. Double-pulse burpees with weights: grab a pretty heavy set of weights 10-15lbs. Drop down and do two burpees and lift up using your butt and legs. You're not bringing the weight over your head so you should have a pretty heavy set of weights to work your booty. Repeat until failure.
