: Did today's #dailyworkout and it was def much harder than it looked! After that I ran 3 miles outside, it was pretty windy but I was feeling good so I pushed myself past my 2 mile goal to make it to 3. When I first started running my body felt so tired and sore that I originally thought I'd only get to 1 mile! Then when I started to warm up it was much better. Today I printed out my #bikiniseries2016 meal plan and am excited to see more chicken recipes!!
