I didn't stop to do modified for long because I really wanted to push myself to max out. I just wanted to show that this program may look - Insane - but It can be made into something for all fitness levels. If you had asked me a little over a year ago if I'd LOVE an insanity workout or if I thought I could complete one, I'd have laughed and said, "absolutely NOT!" Today, that's not the case. 💪🏼It's about pushing past what YOU think you can do. 💪🏼It's about modifying if you need to. 💪🏼It's about getting your body moving. It's also about buying bigger shirts because your shoulders have made your current ones too short 😂
