This weight feels light at the bottom, my core strength still sucks though. It's hard to do heavy deadlifts to strengthen my core cause of my shoulders. Granted they're doing way better, it still hurts a week later when I deadlift 300+ for more than one rep.. So trying to find alternate forms to do this..
