CoachCash: I'm going try to make a little addition to #flashbackfriday and #flexfriday. Today is #forcesetfriday! I did a total body workout (of my own creation) and decided to turn every exercise into a force set which is 5 sets of 5 reps with a short 5-7 second hold in between each set with no rest. Today's spotlight exercise is a front to lateral raise. Pretty simple but with a force set, it makes it a little more demanding to keep your form.
