I just finished Katy Bowman's book; #diastasisrecti whole body solution and I'm loving hanging and swinging, some of the big movements she talks about in her book. Trying to work towards the monkey bars. I just love her approach to whole body movement. I'm working on the smaller movements as well. To "fix your core" you can't just fix your core. There are lots of little pieces to the puzzle and we need to work on all of them for a pain free, fully functioning body and core.
