: Ladies. Long post ahead. It's been a shit week. I got some crappy news at work yesterday that puts me in a position of having to make a choice to stay or find a new job. All at a time when my hubs and I are trying to buy a house. So needless to say I missed cardio and abs yesterday. I ate like shit Monday night at a work event. I'm just feeling the weight of life right now. But. I put on my big girl pants this morning and went to the gym. I ran 2 miles to make up for missing yesterday. Instead of doing week 6 arms and back, I instead chose this little arm circuit (sped up), did 10 reps of each for 4 rounds at 8lbs each. And then I did two rounds of Saturday's abs since I missed those too. I'm glad that I fit it in.
