glitteryrose92: Discipline with my eating has always been a struggle. I would think... "Why should I have to "suffer" and "miss out" just because I want to lose weight. I'll just workout extra hard tomorrow" But it took me a while to learn that you can't out work a bad diet! So when I really focused on my goals (beginning of this year) it became easier and easier each day! I now look at food as fuel and how can it benefit my body! 🍎 That doesn't mean that I don't have the occasional cheat meals or treats, I just do it in moderation.... A girl needs her chocolate! 🍪 Set little goals with your nutrition and once you've hit that, make it a little bit bigger and bigger and so on. I promise it becomes easier! I have to thank Shakeology for helping me fight the sweet tooth/junk food cravings too!
