: I have an injury to my intercostal muscle which has limited certain pushing and pulling exercises for me. π One exercise, being the chin-ups in today's Resistance 2 workout from #22minutehardcorps, I just can't do. I'm the queen πΈπΌ modifier lately, and so I replaced those bad boys with the Reverse-Grip Row (which still works biceps and back), and added a Stiff Leg Deadlift to it! Not bad!! Just remember, there is always a modification to an exercise that you cannot do ....YET! π Because one day you will be able to do it! Hang in there! #getsome #nevergiveup
