: Ladies. Long post ahead. It has been a shit week. I had a work event Monday night and ate like shit. Yesterday I got news at work that my whole department is being relocated to the city (a horrible commute), which really forces me to make a choice about staying at my job or finding a new one. So needless to say I never did my cardio/abs yesterday. I was feeling so deflated and sad. But. This morning I put on my big girl pants and went to the gym. To make up for missing yesterday, I ran 2 miles to start. Skipped week 6 arms and back and instead did this circuit (sped up 2x) 10 reps of each for 4 rounds with 8lb-ers.
