➡️ Find a stable surface - bench, footboard, chair, etc and place your hands on the surface palms down
➡️ Extend one leg out, the other leg bench and on the ground (the closer to the bench the easier)
➡️ Bend your elbows and dip as low as you can then straighten your arms, this is one rep
➡️ Complete 15 on each leg, 3 times through
