While in the NH Police Academy, my class did push-ups every time we were notified a brother or sister that fell in the line of duty. I wanted to start a movement to "donate" push-ups to the Guindon family. Apparently Ashley's family lives in NH, and this is to show that the second Ashley was sworn in, they became a part of a large and passionate family. Post a video and put your count with it tagging #pushupsforGuindon . You don't have to be law enforcement, it doesn't have to be even more than a half of a push-up if that is all you can do. Knee push-ups, inclined push-ups, or even taking a break between sets is fine. Ashley fought her life, and lost, protecting her people. The least we can do is break a little sweat.
