Roxannesfitnessjourney: #latergram from this mornings first workout P90X3!! I had to modify any push-ups today because when the weather is nasty (which it is) my tendinitis acts up and my wrist was not feeling push-ups today. I could have just sat out those moves and do nothing but instead I turned them into planks and did any other add ons that I was supposed to do with a push-up. I have goals!!! Oh and those squats have to be some of the hardest squats I've ever done. Trying doing a squat on your toes with your arms up and leaning forward flat backed, and don't fall forward 😳😳 so not easy lol. Felt good to be back to double workouts this morning!! I'm going no to try and find time to fit in another workout today to help get myself caught up from the workouts I missed over the weekend!
