Check back tomorrow for an awesome ab workout. #BOD10 #sweepstakes ************************************ Round 1 - complete each move for 1 minute doing as many as you can with great form. 1. Push-up Alternating Sidearm Balance 2. Warrior 3 Right Leg Kickbacks 3. Warrior 3 Right Leg Curls 4. Mule Kick Burpees (kick legs up and land in a plank, touch left leg to elbow, push-up, right leg to elbow, push-up, jump up to standing 5. Low Plank Balance Kickback Right Arm 6. Rocket Launcher Preacher Curls Right Leg Round 2 - Repeat each move but switch to opposite leg/arm Modify as you need. If you can't do mule burpees, just do basic burpee. It's ok to tap toe down in balance moves. Go to your knees in the plank or push-up positions when needed. 😚 #teamfitattitude
