: Good morning! I'm about 20 days post out from my second show and this is where I'm sitting at right now. I was quite surprised to see my actual weight and body fat percentage 😯 This cut this time around was ok considering how this year played out as for as training and injury that cause me to lose 6 weeks of training and being out 6 weeks with out doing anything, and I mean anything. But everything happens for a reason. I thought I was 10 to 12% body today and so did my good friend Miguel who has been doing my body fat testing for the last past 2 years. I feel really good right at this moment and have been eating the same as far as my bulking off season day to day meals. Which consist of Oat meal/fruits, chicken breasts and pasta, red potatoes, red meat and white rice, vegetables of all sorts, snacks that vary from noodles, CHEETOS, peanuts and various healthy proteins and oh yea most importantly by far my favorite food of all time CHEESE! By itself, on something, in something, what ever lol and then my cheat day Sunday Funday which consist of what I feel like eating that day!... I plan on bulking different this year, by means of lean bulking and changing up my cardio frequency and core frequency.
