resultzfitness: About this morning😂😂😂 Wanted to show a few variations of the battle ropes you could do for 30seconds on & 30seconds rest & then repeat according to your workout goal. I usually start off with 3 sets & then increase 1 set each week up till week 4 for a total of 6sets. (That's what happens within a training program) I don't just wing it. After week 4 start back at 3 sets & increase the intensity in some way or another. For example using a weighted vest, or adding different plyo metric drills ,or by challenging a persons balance while doing the ropes. You can do all the different types of drills at once seen in the video or pick 2 drills to do at the same time.
