CoachCash: #BodyBeast week 12 day 82 & 83 #arms and #abs Today was the final two days of this program. It was nice to get back to weight training and this will definitely be my winter workout programs. Today's spotlight exercise is a force set of skull crushers. 5 sets of 5 reps with a short 7 second rest in between. No weight increase during this routine so make sure you pick a good weight to complete the full set.
