: Finally back at it after 3 rest days to help heal my pulled muscle. It's still not 100% but I've got a massage scheduled tomorrow! Today's workout was the 5 HIIT moves x2 followed by the Bikini Booty Workout with @karenakatrina @toneitup and 25 minutes on the elliptical. I also signed up for the #tiu2016bikiniseries and had to call all the shoe stores in town to find the next version of the @nike Vomero.
