: FRONT SQUATS Two more clips from yesterday's training. The first clip is a single lift with 120 kilos on the bar and an additional 32 kilos of chains - 152 kilos all together. The second video is three reps with 110 kilos on the bar plus 32 kilos chains - 142 kilos all together. Felt nice to front squat for a change. I will include them in my next programme.
