I did a BUNCH of reps today! Other exercises not videoed was 200 lunges, 100 abduction extensions, 100 adduction extensions, 3 sets of 15 reps of Hyperextensions, 3 sets of 15 of incline donkey kicks, 10 mins cardio on the elliptical on 20 incline and #7 for resistance, 3 sets of 20 of ham extensions.. Today was a great leg day! #fitspirationbyprissy #getyousome
