francine_trainer: Training today: 40 mins of #fasted cardio . Had a #highercarbproteinshake to give me energy to my #strenghttraining. 4 sets of #pullups going slow and al the way down. First and second set did 8 reps. Third set did 6 reps #supersetting w #30pushups. Forth set I was determined to go for 7 reps and you see me cheating using my foot on the last o e to give me that extra push . That's the only time I think cheating is necessary ;) . Superset w 30 push-ups again .
