officialjerz: Seated Barbell Military Press EXPLODE YOUR SHOULDERS!!! GET THEM SHOULDER BOULDERS!!! Everyone loves the military press because the more weight you do, the more beastly you look (or at least you think you look). This is an isolation exercise that pin points your shoulders. Be leery of going too far past 90 degrees, as that potentially strains your shoulders (stresses your articulate cartilage as well as your glenoid aka shoulder socket). 100 degrees is the limit in the down position.
