mooreclan19: Tops and Tails BURNER Ditch the sneakers and hit the floor with them socks! Complete 10 reps on each side of the triple plane lunges (3 plane lunge=1 rep). Then start the Twisted Frog Push up for 10 reps total. Try to keep your knees bent and together the entire time and toes close together as well.
