deannapopp: Followed my morning run with some more #battleropes. This time I went Tabata-style with them. I'm sharing three of my favorites. 1. Alternating the rope waves 2. stagecoach 3. circles. They each are just different enough to incorporate into the same workout. The circles are awesome. Love the way they make my arms feel.
