: My healthy version of pancakes when I'm #5daysout 1 cup fresh spinach 1/2 cup egg whites 1/2 cup oats (cooked with water) 1/2 scoop of Rivalus ISO-CLEAN smooth vanilla Dash cinnamon Few squeezes of toffee flavored stevia 1-2 tbsp of Nuts n more powdered PB (25-50 cal) --blend and cook just like regular pancakes. Top it off with all natural PB 1 tbsp and sugar free butter flavored syrup. YUM! Don't let the spinach green color scare you.. It leaves no taste!
