: Shoulder work this morning. Trying to get them to grow and I will not stop until they do. Shoulder pressing 80s for 10 reps. Than some cable lateral raises changing the tempo and pace of the movement every 3-5 reps to challenge my delts. Ended the routine with rear delt fly.
