ilianaxdufek: after two rest days and lots of drinks in ATX I had to get in that cardio after dark! 1 mile run, rest 4 minutes. then 15 burpee's, 20 Russian twist (25# plate), 25 GHD's for 5 rounds, and topped off with a 400 meter run all on a 20 minute clock! needless to say those Russian Twists got spiiiiicy fast 😳🔥 but the results are SO worth it! #Crossfit #HerbaLIFE #fitfam #fitfamsa
