Felt good about the increases in #weight this time out. The clean and press here were done with 25s, with 15/20 being light/medium, respectively. The #biceps are starting to seriously pop when I look in the mirror, and my cheeky wife @rhenry96 says I'm bordering on narcissistic.
That's the thing about transforming your body, though: When you're trapped in a protracted cycle of self-loathing, who has the right to begrudge you a bit of #pride in your improvement?
