: Happy Tuesday everyone! So due to my short break from #bbg I decided to rewind from week 8 all the way back to week 1! I'm not even mad though! I want to do this right and I want to be able to do the exercises in the later weeks with correct form and strength. Never be afraid to start over and do what's right for your body! I did arms and abs and also completed a 2.5 mile run for my half marathon training. I did some incline walking on the treadmill after that in order to reach the 37 minutes. Have a great day everyone!
